Additional regulations address the safe use of digital technologies within early learning settings. Preschools are now required to establish clear policies on the use of devices such as CCTV, digital cameras, and online platforms, emphasizing privacy, data protection, and obtaining parental consent before capturing or sharing images and videos of children. Other safety enhancements include a ban on vaping substances and devices within preschool premises, extending existing prohibitions on tobacco, alcohol, and illicit drugs.
